Everything published on this site describes insurance coverage in general terms. It is not a contract, not an offer of coverage, and not legal or financial advice. The language of an issued policy always controls what is and is not covered.
Quotes and binding
Submitting the quote form starts a conversation; it does not bind coverage. Coverage exists only once a carrier issues a policy and confirms the effective date in writing. Quoted premiums are estimates subject to underwriting, inspection and verification.
Accuracy
Florida insurance rules, carrier appetite and flood maps change frequently. We update this site in good faith but cannot guarantee that every statement reflects the most recent regulation or rate filing.
